Map for Sediment Disasters:
　●Sediment disaster special alert areas and sediment disaster prone areas are based on areas designated by Fukushima Prefecture as areas in which residents are at risk of being harmed in the event a cliff collapses or a mudslide occurs, based on the Act for Promotion of Measures to Prevent Sediment Disasters in Sediment Disaster Alert Areas.

Map for Flood Disasters:
　●Flood-prone areas (maximum estimated magnitude) are areas with specified extent and depth of flooding estimated to occur when rivers overflow in the event of heavy rainfall under expected conditions for various rivers.
　●Based on the Flood Prevention Act, they are established on areas designated by the river administrator.
　●This site does not show overflow caused by rainfall that exceeds expectations or flooding caused by inland waters. Depending on the manner in which rain falls, inundation depths may differ from estimations or flooding may occur outside of flood-prone areas displayed on the map.
　●Even if a river does not overflow, flood damage (flooding above/below floor level, etc.) may occur in low-lying land, etc.

Map for Reservoirs:
　●In the unlikely event a reservoir washes out, the flood predictions estimate the worst circumstances in order to know the maximum extent of flooding.

Aerial Photos:
　●Aerial photos used on this site were photographed by the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan (GSI). The Terms of Use conform to the GSI's terms of use.

Other:
　●Judging the circumstances of each home, etc. solely on information from the "Kitakata Hazard Map (online version)" is not appropriate due to system properties.
　●Always confirm details of the "Explanation of Important Matters" for real estate transactions, etc. with the organization that designates sediment disaster prone areas, etc.

Terms and Conditions for Using the Maps
　Prior to using the map data ("Data") provided on this site, be sure to read the following rules. The rules below are conditions of contract between users of this site ("Users") and the city of Kitakata with respect to use of the Data. Users should only use the Data if in agreement with all the rules. Use of the Data shall be regarded as agreement with these rules.

Article 1 Copyrights and granting use of the Data
　1. Copyrights to the Data belong to ZENRIN DataCom CO., LTD. or any third party that grants rights to said company.
　2. The city of Kitakata grants the following rights to Users with respect to the Data within the scope of private use prescribed in the Copyright Act. Users cannot obtain any other rights to the Data.
　　(1) The right to view the Data displayed on this site using a web browser.
　　(2) The right to print out the Data displayed on this site onto a paper medium (hereafter, Data that is printed out based on this item will be referred to as "Duplicate Production").

Article 2 Matters to be observed
Users shall abide by the following matters.
　(1) Excluding the explicit granting of rights set forth in the previous article, Users shall not duplicate (including printing), transcribe, extract, process, modify, adapt, transmit, or otherwise use the Data either in whole or in part.
　(2) Users shall not allow any third party to use the Data with or without compensation, and regardless of method, be it transfer, licensing, transmitting, or otherwise (including reproductions, generated material, extracted material, or other utilized material either in whole or in part).

Article 3 Guarantee
Users acknowledge that the Data does not necessarily fulfill the Users’ purpose of use or requirements, that not all Data is accurate or complete, and that the city of Kitakata shall not be liable for replacement, repair, refunds, or otherwise responsible in the event of any of the aforementioned.

Article 4 Suspension this site, etc.
　1. The city of Kitakata shall periodically carry out maintenance and inspection of this site and at such time may temporarily suspend this service either in whole or in part.
　2. When any of the following items are applicable, the city of Kitakata may temporarily suspend operation of this site either in whole or in part without notifying Users in advance.
　　(1) In the event of urgent maintenance or inspection of this site.
　　(2) In the event operation of this site becomes impossible due to accident such as fire or blackout, natural disaster such as earthquake or flood, war, riot, labor dispute, etc.
　　(3) In the event the city of Kitakata deems it unavoidably necessary to temporarily suspend operation of this site for operational or technical reasons.
　　(4) In the event operation of this site becomes impossible due to damage, etc. to this site.
　3. The city of Kitakata may halt operation of this site at its discretion.

＜土砂災害に関するマップ＞
　●土砂災害特別警戒区域及び土砂災害警戒区域は、「土砂災害警戒区域等における土砂災害防止対策の推進に関する法律」（土砂災害防止法）に基づき、がけ地の崩壊や土石流が発生した場合に住民に危害が生じる恐れのある区域として、福島県が指定した区域を基にしています。

＜洪水災害に関するマップ＞
　●浸水想定区域（想定最大規模）は、各河川で想定される条件での大雨が降った場合の河川氾濫時に想定される浸水の範囲と深さを指定した区域です。
　●水防法に基づき、河川管理者が指定する区域を基にしています。
　●本サイトでは、想定を超える降雨による氾濫及び内水による浸水は示していません。雨の降り方によっては、想定とは異なる浸水深となったり、地図に表示された浸水想定区域外でも浸水することがあります。
　●川が氾濫しない場合でも、低い土地などは浸水被害（床上・床下浸水など）が起こる場合があります。

＜ため池に関するマップ＞
　●万が一の事態でため池が決壊した場合、最大でどの程度の浸水範囲となるかを知るために最悪の状況を想定した浸水予測になります。

＜航空写真＞
　●本サイトで使用している航空写真は国土地理院が撮影したものを使用しています。利用規約に関しては国土地理院の利用規約に準じます。

＜その他＞
　●システムの性質上、「喜多方市 ハザードマップ （Web版）」 の情報だけで、各家屋等の状況を判断することは適切ではありません。
　●不動産の取引等の「重要事項説明」については、土砂災害警戒区域等を指定する機関に詳細な内容を必ず確認してください。

＜地図利用規約＞
　本サイトにより提供される地図データ（「データ」）のご利用前に、以下の規約を必ずお読み下さい。以下の規約は、本サイトの利用者（「利用者」）と喜多方市とのデータの利用に関する契約の条件となります。本規約すべてにご同意いただけた場合のみデータをご利用下さい。データを利用された場合は本規約にご同意いただいたものとします。

第１条（データの著作権及び使用許諾）
　１．データの著作権は株式会社ゼンリン又はこれに権利を許諾する第三者に帰属します。
　２．喜多方市は、利用者に対して、著作権法に定める私的使用の範囲内で、データについて以下の権利を許諾します。なお、利用者はデータについて、これら以外のいかなる権利も取得するものではありません。
　　(1)本サイト上で表示されたデータをWebブラウザで閲覧すること。
　　(2)本サイト上で表示されたデータを紙媒体に印刷出力すること（本号に基づき印刷出力したデータを以下「複製成果」という）。

第２条（遵守事項）
利用者は以下の事項を遵守するものとします。

　１．喜多方市は定期的に本サイトの保守・点検を行う際、一時的に本サービスの全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
　２．喜多方市は次の各号の何れかに該当する場合は、利用者に事前の通知をすることなく一時的に本サイト運営の全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
　　(1)本サイトの保守・点検を緊急に行う場合。
　　(2)火災・停電等の事故、地震・洪水等の天災、戦争、暴動、労働争議等により、本サイトの運営が不可能となった場合。
　　(3) 喜多方市が、運用上又は技術上やむを得ず本サイトの運営一時中断が必要であると判断した場合。
　　(4)本サイトの障害等により、本サイトの運営ができなくなった場合。
　３．喜多方市は、喜多方市の裁量によって、本サイトの運営を終了することができるものとします。
